Katalina is a very atypical vampire. She is in some ways 'more human than human', living a highly freeform and pleasure-seeking lifestyle. She follows a somewhat strict moral code (strange by human standards) and always does what she feels is right. Of course, what she feels is right is entirely subjective, and thus she could be seen as shockingly cruel or malicious from certain points of view. Murdering a rapist by cutting his dick off? That's moral. Strangling the Downtown Strangler? Saintworthy. Stealing from a megacorp that doesn't pay its employees enough to live in the capitalist hellhole of modern society? Christ must be weeping with joy. She is generally distant towards other vampires, living as an independent but never entirely out of the shadow of her Sire. However, she herds the region's Thin-bloods and provides them protection in exchange for services rendered. Towards humans, she treats them as delightful toys and meals to cherish and luxuriate until the time comes to move on to the next.
