Skills

  • Survival - Good at hunting. Can use a bow to kill an animal and properly clean the corpse. Generally knows what plants and mushrooms not to eat but is not an expert. Can get a fire going with limited resources.
  • Smithing - An affinity for metal-working, supplementing her manual labor. Usually this skill is learned later in life and slowly over time. If she knows this skill, it is a passion for her.
  • Persuasion - Generally good at getting what she wants out of people and can be surprisingly diplomatic for how simple she is.
  • Intimidation - Using her size and charisma, Korine is very adept at intimidating others and often does so inadvertantly.
  • Performance - Some versions of Korine are passionate dancers, musicians, or other performers.

Special abilities / powers

  • Barbarian Rage - Usually played with some kind of rage mechanic where she gains a dramatic increase in strength, even to a supernatural degree. However, when the power wears off she is often left very exhausted and thus vulnerable.
  • Limited Immortality - Usually played with indefinite life span (and often unaware of it).
  • Rebirth - Usually played that she is reborn at some point after she dies, with only subconscious memories of past lives but no conscious ones. This allows her to learn the usual skills she would learn more easily, often resulting in her lives playing out similarly.
